What are the office hours?
Our office is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday – Saturday).
What are the access hours?
All Watson Village Storage tenants have access 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday – Saturday).
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is what allows our tenants to drive out here just as soon as they’re ready and park their vehicle right next to our storage units. This way, they won’t have to park outside the property and carry their belongings all the way to their rental. It couldn’t be easier!
Do you offer temperature/climate controlled units?
Yes. Our temperature controlled units are the best way to protect your belongings from long term exposure to intense and unpredictable weather conditions.
Can I store my vehicle here?
Of course! Our parking spaces are great for cars, vans, RVs, boats, SUVs and other means of transport. If you’d like to offer your vehicle a new (temporary) home, check out our parking spots.
Do you offer portable units?
Yes. If you want extra convenience, rent one of our portable storage units. These units are perfect for anyone renovating, moving, or who own a small business.
Can I pay online?
Yes, our online bill pay option allows you to pay your rent and reserve storage units from anywhere with an internet connection.
What type of security do you offer?
Our facility is equipped with perimeter fencing, gated access, and plenty of secure storage units. You can be sure your items are safe with us.
